府城宴席的老規矩——最後上一碗甜湯，甜甜嘴、圓圓滿滿，好事收在甜裡。一九四〇年到現在，我們的每一桌宴席，都是這樣收尾的。
An old rule of Tainan banquets: the meal closes with a bowl of sweet soup — a sweet finish for a full circle, so good things end on a sweet note. Since 1940, every banquet of ours has ended this way.
台南の宴席の古いしきたり——最後に一杯の甘いスープを。口を甘くし、円満に、めでたいことは甘さで締めくくる。一九四〇年から今日まで、当店の宴席はすべて、この一杯で幕を閉じてきました。
